As the History Co:Lab’s Marketing & Communications Lead, Eghosa Asemota uses her expertise in design, multimedia storytelling, and impact communications to craft and execute strategies that effectively convey our mission, highlight our innovative work, and showcase our impact and services.

Previously the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at iThrive Games, Eghosa is passionate about using an asset-framed approach to ensure that our messaging uplifts and resonates with the genius and needs of young people. She holds a B.A. from Binghamton University, an M.P.A. from Cornell University, and a digital marketing certification from the Yale School of Management. Before her role at iThrive, she co-led a video production company specializing in nonprofit and NGO storytelling. Eghosa has collaborated with organizations such as the National Equity Project, the Black Future Co-op Fund, the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights, and others, helping them reach their audiences with powerful, resonant messages. Her creativity has shaped narrative and visual elements of iThrive’s teen-focused projects and continues to drive History Co:Lab’s communications and narrative change efforts.
