As the History Co:Lab’s Systems Coordinator, Emma Haseley leverages her expertise in knowledge management systems like Notion to develop and maintain sustainable organizational structures and workflow systems that enhance efficiency and collaboration across our organization.

Emma holds a B.A. in History and Women’s & Gender Studies with a minor in Studio Art. Her career includes significant achievements such as creating and piloting an internal knowledge management system for BRAC USA, which streamlined grant management, research coordination, and fundraising efforts. She is also a contributing writer to the Zinn Education Project’s "This Day in People’s History" series, which provides educators with resources that foster critical thinking and a more inclusive understanding of history.

Emma’s professional background includes roles such as Senior Associate in Corporate and Foundation Partnerships and Associate in Research, Innovation, and Learning at BRAC USA. She also served as an AmeriCorps VISTA, where she managed outreach, communication, and assessment for a local non-profit in Washington, DC, developing partnerships and managing social media content. Emma also has experience in educational content development as a Development and Production Intern at Soomo Learning.
