JANE LEE
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT LEAD
NEW YORK, NY
As the History Co:Lab’s Learning Design Lead, Jane Lee uses her expertise in project management and psychology to oversee the design and development of games and tech tools from concept to launch, ensuring they meet our goals, young people’s needs, and partner expectations.
Serving previously as the Senior Director of Operations and Mental Health at iThrive Games, Jane has over 10 years of experience directing the production of interactive learning experiences that support positive youth development. She earned her B.A. in psychology from Syracuse University and is a certified project management professional (PMP). Prior to iThrive, Jane assessed SAMHSA, OAH, and school-based programs at the Centerstone Research Institute (CRI), leading evaluation plan designs, cross-team collaboration, and data collection coordination. Always operationally gifted, she was integral in the planning and implementation of CRI’s technology and youth wellness initiative in 2014, which ultimately became iThrive Games. An active gamer, Jane combines two passions here: games and mental health, believing play can strengthen skills in young people that support them in meaningful, wellness-supporting ways.
